DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are prepared and dispatched by our team within 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Anchor & Arrow delivers to: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Transit time is between 10 and 20 working days.

Estimated total delivery time: 12 to 25 working days.

Order processing cut-off time: Monday to Friday, 3 pm (GMT+1, Paris time).

For every order placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email confirming dispatch and including your tracking number.

The choice of carrier may vary depending on the weight, quantity, product availability and basket value.

FREE DELIVERY

Delivery is free on every order, whatever its value. Every parcel is tracked, so you can follow it easily.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can follow your parcel at any time with the link in your dispatch email, or on our Track my order page. If you haven't received your tracking number within 72 hours of ordering, email us at contact@anchorarrow.co.uk.

DAMAGED PARCEL

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@anchorarrow.co.uk with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, at our cost. See our Refund Policy.
